Do we really need more and more to be happy? Have you ever asked this question to yourself? We all know that happiness does not require much. But somehow, we can not convince ourselves and can not remind ourselves. The less thing you will focus on, the much you can do with those. We are human beings; we are not superhuman.

We do have limitations over our potentials. In this busy, corporate, and competitive world, we somehow get lost in so many things in life. And we lose our focus on the things that are actually important in our life. I found a book online that is named Minimalism. The name says it all!

Joshua Fields, Millburn, and Ryan Nicodemus wrote this book. The full name of the book is Minimalism: Live a Meaningful Life. Our life is full of many shitty things that need to be minimalized. We have to eliminate things that are making us distracted and giving no real outcomes. This book seems to be a perfect one. Let’s review Minimalism today here in this article.
